True Purpose Girls Conference 2024
5 FUN FACTS ABOUT TRUE PURPOSE GIRLS CONFERENCE 2024
1: We had more volunteers / helpers this year than ever before! Our people showed up and showed out to help make True Purpose Conference the success that it was. We had a great group of girls that attended the conference as well. I personally feel like the girls that came this year are some of the most important we've ever had before. They have great potential to change the world!
2: Lauren Talley sang her heart out! Lauren not only brought a wonderful spirit of excitement and worship, but she can sing like none other. Everyone enjoyed getting to sing along with this National Musical Artist!
3: Ignite brought the heat. Ignite Youth is a passionate group of young women from a church in West Virginia. They performed dramatic sign to some of our favorite worship songs. One word describes it best: WOW.
4: God reminded us that we can pray bold prayers because HE can do all things.
5: RIGHT TO LIFE reminded us that all LIFE is valuable. Everyone else involved this year did an excellent job!

True Purpose Girls Conference 2019
THE MESSAGE
He Came. We Conquer. Our key verse was Romans 8: 31&37 "What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?...In all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us."TPGC2019 was all about helping girls overcome through Christ. the Bible teaches us in the New Testament that not only are we conquerors through Christ, but we are MORE than conquerors. Being more than a conqueror means that we walk in confidence knowing that whatever may come our way, we will overcome. The girls were encouraged to trust God as their refuge and strength. They were reminded that as their Savior, He is there in every time of need. He's never failed them and He won't start now. They were also taught that they will overcome their enemy "by the blood of the lamb and the word of their testimony". We followed stories all throughout the Bible of how various heroes of the faith overcame their battles and were more than conquerors.

WHAT WENT ON
As groups were coming in, our team is there to help make the night go as smoothly as possible. We took registration from those who had not done so online, took group photos (accessible on our Facebook Page) and let the girls go against their youth leaders in hoola hooping. (Is that even a word? Ha!) Kelly Sanders, our emcee, introduced our worship band members to the stage. The worship band consisted of Eli Reffit, Samuel Lore, Ryan Jones, Levi Nelson, Jacob Perkins, Dave Morrison and Evan Kennedy. The Spirit of God was so strong during this time of the conference. Then, Austin May made his way to the stage for the upside down painting and spoken word. This year was the best anybody had ever seen from him.The spoken word was spot - on. It was just what everyone needed to hear. And the painting was incredible! Fayth Lore was the keynote speaker for the event. She brought the Word Of God in such a way that each girl was able to tap into the message given for them. She spoke on things such as insecurity, depression and body image. At the end of her lesson, she reminded the girls of many historical, Biblical stories of God's children that conquered through faith in God. After Fayth spoke, then the audience joined in on games and prize giveaways. Later, GLOW lit up the room with 2 fun dances. the girls had a blast. And to finish out the night, Expressions Of Praise ended with a few worship songs. All in all, it was the best conference yet. Every girl that stepped foot into the room was touched by God's presence that night.
RESULTS
In 2015, we hosted around 165 people total. 2016, we grew by 20%, when God sent in 205. We grew by about 60% in 2017 with a total of around 326 in attendance. This year was our largest audience yet and we give God ALL THE GLORY! We had 370 girls under one roof praising Jesus! It was also neat to learn that we had over 50 churches represented at TPGC18. What a beautiful picture of THE CHURCH of Christ coming together to love Jesus and love on each other. This past year, our best count of the night rounded out a little over 480 girls. The best number of the night is that 39 young women gave their life to Jesus at the conference!

True Purpose Girls Conference 2018
THE MESSAGE:
God is making a diamond out of me! This year's theme verse was James 1:12- Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him. It is so fascinating how a dark, dirty and ugly piece of coal can become something so radiant as a diamond just because of intense pressure and heat. Just as the coal turns into a diamond, God takes our dirty, messy lives, adds pressure and some heat and makes something incredible. It's hard to see His plan when we are being crushed or being put through the fire. But, when we have come through the trial we can look back and see how that our battles only made us stronger. Just as each diamond has the same beginning, we reminded the girls that each of God's children are the same. We are all equal in the eyes of our maker. We are not defined by the writing on the bathroom wall, but we are defined by the Grace that God showers upon us. When we discover who's we are, we will learn who we truly are. And when we know who we are, we will know what to do with this beautiful gift called life.
WHAT WENT ON:
Each year seems to get better; our 6th annual girls conference was no exception. It was an incredibly fun and inspirational night full of surprises. We kicked off the night with worship from many young adults: Levi Nelson, Jacob Perkins, Eli Reffit, Samuel Lore, Tiffany Porter, Becca Martin, Tori Reffit and Fayth Lore. There were girls from all types of backgrounds and denominations, but they united under one roof to glorify God by worshipping Him in their own way. After worship, our Emcee, Kelly Sanders invited Austin May to come to the stage for his unique upside down painting. While Austin painted he shared his personal testimony through a spoken word. When he was completed with the painting he flipped it over revealing an amazing portrait of the face of Jesus. Fayth Lore was the next keynote speaker to take the stage. She taught on the issues of life. She stressed to the girls that God is making something beautiful out of the mystery of their own life. She encouraged them to lean on the promises of God that they do know instead of focusing on the questions of life that they cannot figure out. Following the devotion was Secured Ministries. This friendship duo has began their ministry to reach girls who are dealing with divorce. It was encouraging to hear that even if family issues shake us, we can rest assured that we are secured in Christ. Game-time and prizes soon followed. This year's games were Penny Hose and Windy Cindy! It was so fun watching all of the young girls cheer on their friends.
One of the most exciting times of the night happened when the original dance team, GLOW performed. Illuminated only by black lights and glow in the dark duck tape, GLOW performed to the song 'Glow' by Britt Nicole. At the end of their performance they excited the crowd by tossing glow sticks into the audience. The girls loved it so much they called for an encore. Expressions of Grace were new to our team this year. They are a team of around 7 women who perform dramatic sign for effect. They perform to many popular worship songs. This was an inspiring and uplifting part of TPGC18. To wrap up the evening, Sandy Lore of The Lore Family Ministries spoke on practical ways to stay faithful the the Cross. She reminded the girls that their walk with Christ would not be easy, but that it is possible.
Once again the altar's were full of young women seeking to follow Christ as their Savior for the first time ever and wanting to draw closer to Him. Many girls approached workers of TPGC18 privately to tell them about their new profession of faith or how they decided to have a closer walk with Jesus. One True Purpose Girl wrote: "I wanted to thank you for listening to God and having the True Purpose Girls Conference. Every year it is so great. This year was super special to me because I gave everything to Him. I was saved, but I gave everything to Him. So many girls from my youth got saved. I just really appreciated it and wanted to say 'thank you'".

True Purpose Girls Conference 2017 <3
THE MESSAGE:
I AM WORTH MORE. Those four words tell the heart and soul of what True Purpose Girls Conference was all about this year. Society has wrapped and entangled the minds of teenage girls today, to believe that their value is found in what they can offer. However, we wanted to remind the girls at True Purpose, that their value is immeasurable. Over and over again, they heard the message that “God loves you. Period.” God’s love stretches further than our past, further than our looks and further than our abilities. His love stretches further than the East is from the West. God can’t help, but love us. Another line that the girls frequently heard from those who taught was, “God could never love you any more or any less than what He does right now.” Whether, you scored the winning shot in the game, or you just failed your math test. Whether you’ve made the biggest mistake of your life, or you have read 5 chapters of Leviticus. God LOVES you. The theme was Many Sparrows, and the focus text was Matthew 10:31.
WHAT WENT ON:
We had such an incredible team of workers at the True Purpose Girls Conference this year.
Our worship team consisted of Ryan Jones (The Jones’s), Eli Reffit, Tiffany N. Porter, Samuel Lore and Fayth Lore (The Lore Family). Kourtney Sherman, 12, presented us with a spoken word, and Hannah Sanders,11, sang a beautiful song called I Choose Jesus. A new group this year was the 14th Avenue Gospel Mission Youth Group. They performed two incredible skits, which were powerful and moving. Jennifer Reffit has been a long- time friend of The Lore Family. Her husband is the Associate Pastor at the Cornerstone Nazarene Church, as well as the director of the Spanish Ministry; based in Wheelersburg, OH. Jennifer gave a powerful lesson about seeing our value as Christ does. She also gave an incredible illustration about Christians standing out for Christ.
We always like to change it up a bit, and let the girls have a chance to show off their skills. This year’s Minute To Win It, was the ‘Just a Sticky Note’ game. Our winners won Dairy Queen gift cards. Finally, Fayth Lore wrapped up the evening with a powerful devotion about value. One of the most inspirational points of her devotion was when she had four helpers hold up poster board that read: I AM WORTH MORE. She reminded the girls, that they were worth more than the chains of bondage that Satan and society try to wrap them in. “I am worth more than insecurity, I am worth more than self-doubt, I am worth more than jealousy, bitterness and hatred. I am worth more than living in constant depression, I am worth more than addiction, I am worth more than lust, I am worth more than the homosexual life-style , I am worth more than fear and I am worth more than self-hate. I AM WORTH MORE!”- Lore.
RESULTS:
In 2015, we hosted around 165 people total. 2016, we grew by 20%, when God sent in 205. This year was our biggest audience yet, and we give God all of the glory. We grew from last year by about 60%, with a total of around 326 in attendance. We even had some stragglers come in towards the last half of the conference. All that we can say is that God is good! The most beautiful part of the evening was when young ladies from all over the auditorium flooded the altars, with sincere hearts. We fully believe that God touched many hearts. It was a joy to watch as 6 young ladies walked up to the stage, letting us know that they gave their heart to Jesus that night.

True Purpose Conference 2016 was a SUCCESS!
Well, another year has come and gone. Honestly, I can't believe it is over! It's a bitter sweet feeling. However, I could not have asked for a better conference. God's hand was all over the pre-planning of the conference until the very end. I was so pleased with how everything went! We ended up having 205 LADIES IN ATTENDANCE! Praise the Lord. We grew 20% from last year. The greatest number is the 3 GIRLS WHO GAVE THEIR HEART TO JESUS. That is what our conference is all about. That is what matters the most.
For those of you wondering what went on at True Purpose this year, here is a little insight. 2 and 1/2 hours of jam-packed Jesus.
These are a few things that went on: Wow Worship with Tiffany Porter, Upside Down Painting by Austin May, Spoken Word by MaKenzie Marx, Funy Videos, Minute to Win It Game, Praise in Motion Shadow Skit, A Christian Boy band- The Sons3000 and devotion/lessons from Sandy Lore and Fayth Lore. When we say it is jam-packed. We mean it! Not a moment of time wasted. Girl, if you weren't there this year, you MISSED OUT! We had a blast. Not to mention, everything was FREE. Hopefully we will see you next year! (=
~~~~ Here is a message that I shared on my Facebook after the conference~~~~
Words could not express how incredible last night was! First, I must thank my Jesus, for giving me strength in my body to share His light with all 205 girls who came last night! From the very beginning, you could feel His sweet spirit with us, and that was such an honor.
Everything went so smoothly last night, and I know it was because of all our wonderful helpers! If I start naming everyone, I know I would forget someone. You know who you are. Please know that you ARE APPRECIATED! We could NOT have done last night without your help.
To everyone who was praying for me yesterday, I could definitely feel the prayers of God's people. You mean the world to me. It was your prayers to the Lord that helped enable me to stand up for Him.
To all of the lovely ladies who came last night. Thank you for sacrificing your time, to be with us! I have prayed for you. Especially the 3 girls who gave their hearts to Jesus. It is easy to BE A LIGHT in a girls conference, surrounded by girls that love God. It is much harder to live that out-loud in the world. I know you can do it through Christ though! Remember what your purpose is today. Refuse to let the enemy put a basket over your light. Ye is ME, and ME needs to BE A LIGHT! Let your light SHINE ladies!!!
Much Love, Fayth
Much Love, Fayth
What Is True Purpose Conference?
This conference began in 2013. I was 17 years old. Mom and I were attending a women's seminar to get some ideas for an upcoming ladies event. The guest key-note speaker got up and began to sing a song, all of the women were on their feet. My Mom looked over at me and said, we have to do something for young women. Immediately I got "Holy Ghost" goose bumps. Right then, God began to burden my heart to do something for the young ladies in my area. Too many times, I had discussed the problem with Christianity and Teenagers, but I wasn't really doing anything to help it. This was the defining moment when God said, "Do Something". So, True Purpose Conference was birthed.
Our conference happens once, every spring in southern Ohio. It is 2 & 1/2 hours of jam-packed Jesus. Our goal is to inspire, empower and challenge the young women of today. Each time they walk outside the doors of TPC, I want them to know that there is One True God, and he has a divine purpose for their life. I pray that they will learn skills and gain knowledge of how to live abundantly, and fight Satan through the wisdom of some of our adult speakers. Because each one is important, we want them to know that they can Do Something too. We pray that each heart is challenged to do more for the glory of Christ and the up-building of His kingdom! We laugh until our bellies hurt, and cry until our eyes are dry. But, isn't that what women like to do? ?? The foundation of TPC is Jesus Christ. Because of Him, we have a purpose to live. He is our reason to breathe. We ultimately want each woman who attends our conference, young or old alike to understand that truth.
All about TPGC
Q.) What goes on at TPGC?
A.) We normally have 2-3 speakers, with one being the main key-note speaker. We have funny skits, serious skits, minute to win it games, sign language drama teams, glow stick performances, worship music, Christian boy-bands (The Sons 3000), photo booths and more. Each year we change it up a bit. The girls never know exactly what to expect! There is never a dull moment!
Q.) What ages is this conference for?
A.) The conference is open to girls ages 10 and up. Our core group is normally ages 10-16. The material we cover is age appropriate.
Q.) Can TPC come to my church?
A.) Yes we can! We cannot promise that we can bring all of the entertainment which we normally showcase at TPC, but we can guarantee a night of spiritual revival for young women! No matter what size your church is, we would love to visit you! Small or large! My family all have experience with conferences. We can lead worship, act in skits and do games with the audiences. Whomever we have and wherever we are, we will do our best to serve in excellence!
Q.) What is the theme of your conference?
A.) The name of our conference is True Purpose, but each year our theme changes. The first year was True Beauty, then True Love and finally True Purpose. April15, 2016, we will host TPC '16, theme 'Be a Light'. If you have a specific theme for your event, we would love to use material to allow the spirit to flow with the rest of your agenda. Just let us know!
